What Is a Communal Fire Risk Assessment?

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires the responsible person for the common parts of a residential building to carry out a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment. The Fire Safety Act 2021 extended the scope to include:
